Heh, I like liver too - sometimes feels like that is a subversive attitude here.

LOL

group that actually LIKES liver :) I'm getting sick of my chopped liver recipe,

so this should be a great change of pace.

I loathe liver. OTOH, when I need it, liverwurst tastes delicious. And I

have to admit that after my cancer surgery, the bison liver pate was

pretty good, too.

I just tried this recipe and it was delicious! I thought I couldn't eat liver without having bacon with it, but these were great by themselves! (I ate them with sauteed spinach since I'm not eating raw spinach yet.) I had to stop myself from eating the whole pound!

Thanks for sharing this recipe!mishaOn Mon, Jul 12, 2010 at 10:38 PM, Wizop Marilyn L. Alm wrote:

I'm going to try it as soon as I can stomach the idea of it.  I really like calves liver but it's hard to find.  Beef and chicken seem to be common.  Never have seen pork liver.  Or liverwurst.

I went to day and got some liver pate at a restaurant across the street but only because I trust the source.  Good with zucchini bread to balance out the liver-y taste.
