Dear All,

I got back my blood results today and was comparing them to Tara's results

from last week. I don't understand how normal range can fluctuate so

differently. The items I'm concerned about are:

Serum, Zinc mine: 484 (high) normal range: 70-150

report stated that the level may have been falsely elevated due to gel

tube

Triglycerides 167 (high)

0-149

Iron Bind. Cap. (TIBC) 220 (low) 250-450

UIBC 132 (low)

150-375

B-12 2,000 (high)

211-911

RBC count 3.62 (low)

3.80-5.10

Hemoglobin 10.4 (low)

11.5-15.0

Hematocrit 31.8 (low)

34.0-44.0

BUN 52 (high) 5-26

BUN/Creatinine ratio 34 (high) 8-27

Carbon Dioxide 18 (low) 20-32

Everything else was good. When I compared ranges though with Tara's, they

are very different. So my questions are, (1) what should I be concerned

about? (2) What do I need to change? And (3) why the variance of ranges?

Different lab companies? (I use Lab Corp). See Tara's ranges below.
