I hear adding baking soda to the saline mix does wonders - but don''t know the

right

proportions offhand - perhaps you can google.

Is he consuming any dairy products? If so, drop them until he's recovered.

i suffer from sinus probs def related to my intestines/yeast -i use the sinus

rinse bottle 2-3 times a day when real bad -i have comp tylenol and sudafed too

- barely need it anymore breathing steam??

hope he feels better soon
