Guest guest
That's actually not wrong - that is just the weirdness that is almond milk yogurt. You could try to add gelatin to it to see if it improves the situation. If it doesn'tyou could try coconut milk yogurt. BTW, however gross almond milk yogurtis, hazelnut is worse - IMO. MaraGood luck. Let us know how it turns outThanks for the encouragement, Misty :-) I took my almond nut milk yoghurt out of the fridge this morning and it had separated - the top 1/4 at least ! looks like yoghurt (and I am now straining it through coffee filters to thicken it up) - the bottom 3/4s is a yellow coloured clear liquid! Back to reading posts now on what went wrong and how to make more successful yoghurt next time! The great SCD adventure continues :-)CheersACIBS 13/3/09SCD 16/6/10no meds IBSpre-SCD Severe Depression

I won't try chasing down my mistakes, since there weren't any :-) Almond nut yoghurt certainly isn't very appetising - but, I am hoping the probiotics in it work their magic. I will have a go at coconut milk yoghurt next time - yum :-)CheersAMIBS 13/3/09SCD 16/6/10no meds IBSpre-SCD Severe Depression
