Backreading this morning and came across this: yes, you can drink too much

water and what this amount would be for each of us is individual depending on

various factors like how much we exercise, what we eat, what meds we are

taking, our kidney function etc., but my guess is that it would have to be an

EXTREME overconsumption. The medical term for this is called " Hyponatraemia "

which is a rather serious condition resulting from too much consumed water

leeching salt out of the blood and resulting in water buildup in the brain.

The

symptoms are similar to dehydration: nausea, vomiting & confusion, and this

sure doesn't sound like you, so I hope I am not scaring you -- I just wanted to

add to the general body of knowledge. But I think you have been given

excellent advice to get your iron checked. Couldn't hurt to measure what you

drink

either, just to get a firm idea of how much water you are actually drinking.
