Hi,

I also had this happen earlier this summer. It was actually warmer in the box it

arrived in than outside the box! Due to the cost and the length of time it took

to arrive (I am on the west coast), I decided to try it anyway, and fortunately,

it has worked perfectly. I checked their website and somewhere it says that it

can survive about 10 days at room temperature. Good luck!
