Hi everyone im 2 yrs post-op. I have done so well lost 156lbs woohoo

for me right? But the problem here now is that im out of control with

FOOD I dont want to gain the weight back. So im reaching out for

guidance on anyone that can help me to get myself back on track and

stop this roller coaster of wanting FOOD all the time. How does

anyone get back on track? How does anyone say stop to themselves when

it's an addiction? How does anyone stop the craving of CARBS and

SWEETS?

I have already gained 11 lbs and the dr is sending me to a

nutritionist. I guess im seeking support from someone that has gone

thru this im hoping im not the first one.

Any emails would be great, hope you can help! :(
