Does it look like yogurt?

If it does, since there is no lactose, I think it is okay - especially given how

warm it is

(unless you had the ac on). Coconut yogurt seems pretty forgiving of

temperature

fluctuations like that.

If you feel uneasy, you might want to do a few more hours in the dehydrator with

the door shut this time. But if it looks like yogurt, it probably is.

Ok.. sounds good to me.

The AC was not on in my livingroom last night as my apartment needed to air out

from some cooking I was doing.
