Guest guest
Joanne, Olive Garden's food is good but it is not in my humble opinion " real " Italian food, at least not for an Italian. I guess that is how a Chinese feels when they eat in a Chinese restaurant outside of China or an Indian, Thai etc. Something about the base ingredients we use always seems to make the food my mom cooks or that I eat here in Italy more tasty and lighter, more digestible. Yes, I remember that heat wave. We had a few deaths here in Italy too. Very sad because the temperature hasn't actually changed from previous summers. As long as I can remember summers have always been scorching hot in Italy and we have never used A/Cs. I guess that will need to change soon. OOoh I was thinking of getting an Oral-B electric toothbrush once my jaw heals fully. My ortho is always raving about them! Have a good 4th of July!
