This looks awesome Mara! But then again, I'm probably the only person in this

group that actually LIKES liver :) I'm getting sick of my chopped liver recipe,

so this should be a great change of pace.

Also, just some fun facts in case you are lucky enough to try different kinds...

(mg of iron/based on a 3.5 oz serving)

Pork Liver: 16.0

Calf-Liver: 16.0

Chicken Liver: 12.8

Lamb Liver: 8.28

Beef Liver: 6.54

Turkey Liver: 1.6
