Guest guest
Sherra, I take 3 different kinds, just because it depends on how I'm feeling (ulcer wise) Citracal Plus Twin Labs chewable citrate The UpCal without protein I have not taken as much calcium has I should, I generally only get in 2 doses a day. I prefer to dose up on calcium towards night time, start at 6:00 and then last dose before bed. However with the ulcers that I have, I'm also taking carafate 4x a day and Nexium 2x a day. If I take anything too close to the carafate, they bind together. And I'm supposed to take the nexium on an empty tum. hmm in the middle of this, I just thought, this is perhaps too much info! LOL Joanie, who can provide the longest short answer you ever did hear! ha Lap RNY 08/13/02 284/152 Calcium & Kidney stones > > > > I just had the wonderfully painful experience of kidney stones.
