Hi guys,I have a couple of food questions:1. How long does homemade mayo last in the fridge? I made some from the recipe found here:http://www.scdrecipe.com/recipes-spread/mayonnaise-variation-of-elaines/

2. When is it okay to introduce chicken liver? Is it considered an advanced food or can it be eaten early on? Or is this just one of those things that varies a lot from person to person?3. I picked some strawberries earlier in the summer and froze them, intending to make jam. Now that I'm on SCD I know I can't use the regular pectin formula, and I found this recipe:

http://heal-balance-live.blogspot.com/2009/04/scd-homemade-fruit-jam.htmlwhich calls for honey and gelatin. The recipe says to refrigerate it when you're done, but does anyone know if it can be preserved via canning like regular jam?
