,

I switched surgeons after being approved due to the fact that that surgeon

had cancelled my surgery on the day I was to go into the hospital. He had lost

his malpractice insurance due to high premiums. Two days later I contacted

another baratric center and my insurance reapproved me for surgery right away

and everything moved along quickly. I think you need to make your decision on

what makes you comfortable and what is best for you. Wishing you lots of luck.

> Question... Has anyone ever switched facilities while in the

process of being approved. I just found out that Cori Centers are

located in a hospital that is covered by my insurance where as Barix

Treatment Centers are not and I would have to pay more. Do you

think it would be better if I was approved by the insurance company

first then do the switch or should I switch now?
