Guest guest
I'd say just try some diluted juices slowly and carefully. In other words, don't chug a lug a nice big glassful at the start! A lot of people get along better wiht juices and smoothies earlier in the diet because you don't have the fiber there, which annoys some of our guts and not others. What do people know about incorporating freshly made vege and fruit juices? I've got a champion juicer and it's great for making carrot/celery and other raw vege and fruit juices. Still trying to figure a way to get some raw produce taste into my body! Ha! Would the raw fruit or vege be too much in the early stages? I would dilute it 1/2 and 1/2 with water. ktSCD -7/10Undiagnosed IBDNo meds, just supplements
