It includes: saccharomyces boulardi, lactobacillus plantarum, protese, amylase, lipase, cellulase, phytase, alph-galactosidase, hemicellulase, beta-glucanase, pectinase, peptidase, bromelain, papain, xylanase, diatase, invertaseI'm pretty sure the lactobacillus plantarum is illegal. The only probiotics you can take on SCD are boulardii and acidophilus. Lucyskitchen.com sells a legal Acidophilus supplement. It's the only one I've

ever used on SCD. I'm pretty sure all the Garden of Life stuff is illegal.
