It should be fine. 120F is above the optimal range, but isn't hitting the

sterilizing temperatures, so it shouldn't significantly effect the quantity or

quality of the beneficial bacteria. There might not be quite as many beneficial

bacteria, but there will still be plenty.

Just pay attention to the look and smell of the yogurt over the next week or so,

as it may not last as long in the refrigerator.
