Guest guest
The patch is HRT (hormone replacement therapy). My doc prescribed Vivelle (SP?) at .1 strength. Since I don't do pills as well, this was the way my doc & I decided to go. Reba > Hi everyone! I need some quick advice. I am seeing my Ob/Gyn > tomorrow. Guest guest
I have no problem with pills but I didn't seem to be absorbing all the hormones in pill form- was having flashing, sweating, mood swings, etc. So my gyn. switched me to the Vivelle patch along with a vaginal pill twice a week. Works like a charm. Alice The Loon RNY 12/28/00 .....Since I don't do pills as well, this was the way my doc & I decided to go. Reba
