Hi Betty, My husband and I (and other members of my family) adopted the

South Beach Diet prior to my surgery and I still follow it. Thinking

about going back to phase 1 and starting fresh, but for the most part

the South Beach Diet is just healthy eating, low fat and low (healthy)

carbs, it's a great plan to follow.

I wanted to try it but It is just too much money to follow with the food

purchases so I'm gonna try somthing else.
