Guest guest
Correct me if I am wrong, but if you are controlling and limiting the number of calories and grams of sugar you are taking in, won't the carbs be automatically limited too? My particular surgeon's office says for me to get 90% of my food intake from protein. Almost everything short of meat, eggs and cheese have some carbs, so I do not eat anything that doesn't have more protein than carbs, and never eat mashed potatoes, for example. Guest guest
The egg whites come in a powder form. They sell them here at Giant Food Markets. Tammy In PA
Guest guest
Vee, I was told to eat mashed potatoes, i would add chicken broth or grated cheese to mine. Oh and I made them with milk instead of water to add the vitamins. Laurette

Not so tastey... LOL I am now looking for Dr. Phil's protein drinks. Does anyone know where to get them. I am having a very hard time finding a protein drink that I like. I heard they were very good.
