The chocolate is great over ice. For breakfast, I mix SF carnation instant breakfast drink with water and add some Carb Countdown chocolate milk to bring my total protein to 30 grams. Another great option for liquid is a smoothie - blend 3 ounces of sugar free syrup (raspberry or strawberry are my favorites), 5 ounces water, 1 scoop vanilla protein (I get mine at GNC), 3 strawberries and 2 banana slices, and ice.
