Another option instead of Boost is Carb Countdown Milk - 2 grams

sugar/12 grams protein in 8 ounces. The chocolate is great over ice.

For breakfast, I mix SF carnation instant breakfast drink with water and

add some Carb Countdown chocolate milk to bring my total protein to 30

grams. Another great option for liquid is a smoothie - blend 3 ounces

of sugar free syrup (raspberry or strawberry are my favorites), 5 ounces

water, 1 scoop vanilla protein (I get mine at GNC), 3 strawberries and 2

banana slices, and ice. Yummy. A great source of protein (20 grams)

and very filling. You can get sugar-free syrups at Vitalady.com
