Guest guest
Shirley I wasn't given an special mouthwash to disinfect my mouth with pre-op but i have been using periodex since I've had the surgery. I have to rinse my mouth and expectorate (love that word!) twice a day in addition to brushing my teeth 5 times a day. I'm sure your surgeon will tell you if he/she requires you to use a special disinfectant pre- op. Only 5 more days to go for you, whoohoo!!! Guest guest
Thanks for the reply. Don't you just love the taste of periodex. When they banded my back molars I ended up with the gum inflamed/infected as they had to go below the gum line. Taste is bad, but it did the trick. I'll ask the OS on Wed. Yes, a big wahoo - only 5 days to go! Good luck on move to Italy. Will you be able to keep in touch via Internet from Italy? Shirley
