My mom bought a Vitamix today! She was at Costco, and there was a demo person

there. She got the Vitamix for $395, and the dry blade thing-a-majob for just

under $100. If you need a Vitamix, check out Costco :-).

My father in law bought us a Vitamix when I was pregnant with my 13 yr old son and it is still in tip top condition. I highly recommend this equipment. I made baby food in it — the stuff that the babies start out with (extra smooth), soups like gazpacho, smoothies, and barbeque sauce. When we were eating grain BC (Before Crohn’s) I used to grind wheat for bread. You can’t go wrong with this purchase and it definitely worth saving for.
