I used to LOVE that stuff pre-SCD. Write them a letter!!!!

well that was easy - by phone they said just pork and salt - they offered an

email letter and I asked for a snail mail one and it should be on it's way -

will let you know when it arrives - YAY another safe product!!!!!!

Unfortunately, prosciutto doesn't taste much like regular ham. It's incredibly

salty, and I found it inedible. Maybe it was the brand, but yuck!

prosciutto *should* be just meat and salt. I just got some trader joe's brand

last week and it hasn't bothered me. very reasonably priced too.
