As far as the bruising is concerned I too have been that way. I have

asked the dr but she says things are fine, all my blood work says

it's up to par where it should be. I am thinking that I just dont

have the fat to cushion it anymore. lolol.

p.s. I wouldnt worry too much if you are ask your dr.

Check where you are within the range of your iron readings. And where you

were. And where you were before that. " Fine " might be fine for someone else

& not fine for you.

The body can't read those charts. Only goes by what it wants.

There's normal, and then there's the low end of normal, so your bloodwork

might look " fine, " but not be at its peak.

Years ago my dad had a lot of bruising and frequent nosebleeds. His

chiropractor told him to increase his iron and always take it with vitamin C

(which is exactly how we take it now!) It worked. Throughout my life (both

pre- and post-op) when I've noticed a tendency to bruise, just a little

added iron & C helped almost immediately.

It can't hurt to add a little iron, get your labs done again in 6 months and

see if you're a little higher on the " normal " range.
