I forgot I had another food question: when is it okay to introduce fermented foods? I wanted to try making some of the carrot-ginger chutney in Nourishing Traditions using whey from dripped SCD yogurt. I'm not at a stage of eating any raw foods yet. Can I eat raw foods if they're fermented or should I wait till I can easily eat regular raw veggies?
