hello everyone,

has anyone else been scared to eat in fear that they would not lose

weight. I am not scared about getting sick or nothing but I just

don't want to not loose any weight. this is all I have been eating

everyday

3oz tomato soup made with water

snack 1 teaspoon of fat and suger free pudding

lunch 2 teaspoons of cottage cheese with 1 teasoon suger free french

dressing.

snack 1 teasppon of fat and suger free pudding

dinner will be 2 teaspoons of cottage cheese with 1 teaspoon suger

free french dressing.

then i take my two chewable mulitvits. but I keep thinking i am

still eating to much. I have not had a protien shake since tues. my

doc said just use it when i feel hunger for it.
