Yup, it appears that my body really, really liked the Perfect Iron,

plus vit. c and copper that I was taking and my iron shot up. Doc

said stop it! No more iron pills and don't take any multi with

iron. He's one of those that only does labs once a year so I won't

know for a couple more months if the iron has dropped enuf.
