Very cool to share the same day with you. How are you doing with everything? 8/26 was my Doctors appointment to have my staples removed. I was shocked I had lost 21 pounds in 14 days. So far everything has been smooth sailing. This week I have started adding tuna fish and eggs to my diet for a little more substance. I will say I am craving the crunch factor of something crunchy to eat. If any one has suggestions that would be great. Helen Groveland, Florida Open RNY 8/11/04 Pre 318 Lbs. I remember craving the crunchiness too when I was first out. I chewed on more ice cubes than I can remember....lol. Wishing you lots of luck and keep us posted. Guest guest
I went for my " 2 " week visit on Monday, Today Wednesday is 3 weeks for us. I can eat puree foods and lost about 26 pounds, most I think is water weight. Clothes are just hanging, still not much stamina. I have been craving poached eggs, tried one last night and almost threw up, I guess I will have to wait a while before I try poached eggs again. Scambled eggs go down well.
