Congratulations!!! Very cool to share the same day with you. How are you

doing with everything? 8/26 was my Doctors appointment to have my staples

removed.

I was shocked I had lost 21 pounds in 14 days. So far everything has been

smooth sailing. This week I have started adding tuna fish and eggs to my diet

for

a little more substance. I will say I am craving the crunch factor of

something crunchy to eat. If any one has suggestions that would be great.

Helen,

Congratulations on your weight loss thus far and keep up the good work. I

remember craving the crunchiness too when I was first out. I chewed on more ice

cubes than I can remember....lol. Wishing you lots of luck and keep us

posted.

I went for my " 2 " week visit on Monday, Today Wednesday is 3 weeks

for us. I can eat puree foods and lost about 26 pounds, most I

think is water weight. Clothes are just hanging, still not much

stamina. I have been craving poached eggs, tried one last night and

almost threw up, I guess I will have to wait a while before I try

poached eggs again. Scambled eggs go down well.
