Guest guest
Hi, I make every week 2 liters of SCD yogurt from UHT milk boxes without boiling the milk. I've been doing this for almost 2 years and the yogurt has always been good. I started doing this after I read on a german SCD forum that it was safe. Cheers from Uruguay! Nacho. My concern is the damage to the milk proteins of the ultra high temperature pasteurization. I did test it out, and the milk made fine yogurt, although to my perception, it tasted a little " cooked.
