Well, I'd do an experimental version. If it separates, you KNOW it's too

hot. Apparently ANY heat compromises it a little. A lot does a lot. Can't

get anyone to give me, like... a temp? No. I know that my guy at Champion

has PS100 in his coffee every morning. But then, he also has access to hot

& cold running protein all day long. They had the typical office sized

kitchen, with one exception. About 15 blenders of every shape & size. LOL!

And they'd never had it made with a hand blender. Sheesh. Good thing I was

packin' my own heat, huh?
