I have to lose yet another " 10 pounds " drink some protien drinks and exercise for 15 min without tiring.. WHY is she writing all this you ask? well How do i make the protien shake taste better, how do i exercise for 15 without being tired since i have arthritis in every joint possible LOL and well therefore how the heck do I lose another 10 pounds LOL..
