Guest guest
NOW you tell me!!!!!!!! LOL But I wanted a pretty Egyptian scarab (wings and all) in full color on my ankle. Took two hours, but it is glorious! Blues, greens, yellow, red, purple and shaded of course. Wraps nearly half way around my ankle. My Parents think I have lost my mind. I was always the dutiful kid...not the rebellious one. I always did what others thought I should do. What was expected of me. Was the good Navy wife (fully supporting husbands career.... never complaining about moving...actually...hehehe...I liked moving), stay at home Mom, never had even a speeding ticket. Well, I turned 49 this year and decided after seeing my daughter's beautiful butterfly on her back shoulder that it was pretty and I wanted a tattoo. So, for my birthday, I got my scarab. Have always been fascinated with ancient Egypt, so this was right up my alley. The stomach maybe the easiest place to put a tattoo. It shouldn't hurt as much because it is not near a bone. The people I know who have had tattooes say the worst place to get them is around your ankle.
