Hi Namrita,

My OS stated the same thing that Cammie just said about applying heat

after 48 hours. He did tell me at 14 days post op that heat was no

longer needed, but to continue if it felt better. I still have quite

a bit of swelling in the upper lip and cheeks which I am hopeful will

go down soon.

Hang in there because each day will continue to get better!!
