Guest guest
Money is always very tight around here but I found in the fridge a bottle of SB that expired a month ago. Hoping it still has some life in it I decided to try it in a retentive enema. Have now used it for 3 nights before going to bed and am loving it. Had felt terrible a couple of years ago when I tried it orally. Maybe it was die-off? Too long ago so I don't remember how much I took. My usual brain fag/fatigue, fluey die-off symptoms. All I remember that even half a capsule made me feel horrible so I gave it up. Thanks to all of y'all's back-and-forth I'm doing the following heroic regimen: 1) Juicing, as I have time, emphasizing cabbage and spinach w/ some carrot, celery, and whatever else organic that's not tooooooo expensive thrown in. That's usually at least every other day. Am using as much of the " leavings " as I can in my every other day morning eggs. 2) Will continue to try very small amounts of yogurt. 3) Resurrected the neti pot and added 1 drop Grapefruit SE to it hoping to defeat any fungi living up there which might be causing the " dairy bad breath " . 4) S. boulardii retentive enema at bedtime. I put maybe 1/5 c. h2O in the bag to get the air out of the tube and then add 1/2 c. H2O in which 1 capsule is dumped and stirred. I do the " insert... left roll... right roll " drill and it feels slightly hard to retain till I get to sleep but am AMAZED how quickly the colon removes the water!! It seems to be gone w/i a couple of hours. Felt great upon arising. THANKS, y'all! I think " we " re on to something!! Current me: Global Carb and Fungal Problems well-controlled past 30 yr. by extremely low-carb, no dairy, no grains allergy/anti-yeast diet, SCD 01/05. After 35 yrs. of them no more need for allergy shots since SCD! Magnesium/Vits A, B, D, E/Evening Primrose, Fish, Olive, and Other Oils, Lecithin. 2 grown kids recovered from serious developmental problems which I believe were fungally-caused. <<S. boulardii pretty well eats candida, and, so far as I've read, some of the other yeasts for lunch. Being a friendly yeast, it doesn't over grow, but it does chase the ones who do out of there. What you're aiming to do is NORMALIZE your gut, since if your normalize the gut, both constipation and diarrhea will clear up. They're opposite ends of the same spectrum. S. boulardii solves different issues than our SCD yogurt>>
