Guest guest Posted July 13, 2010 Report Share Posted July 13, 2010 June, Maybe give the ferments a bit of a rest, and then.... as with anything else.... start with a teensy amount. Like half a teaspoon or even a quarter. We can build up on a lot of things that just having a serving of clobber us at first. Hi all, I have gas today, but I'm sure its because I had some fermented veggies. Will start again tommorrow with just roasted chicken,carrots,zuccini and ground beef. I also ate a lot of avocado.
