My insurance is Blue Shield California PPO. We were approved for a DOC band

immediately, but the allowable amount was way less than the actual cost.

Also, like another person commented, since CT is out of network, we will be

reimbursed for the DOC band. CT is great because they do all the insurance

paperwork for you!
