Hi, I've never posted here before. But I've been a member over a year now.

My surgery was Sept 24th 2002. I started at 300 lbs and now I'm down

to 140. I'm very happy and wouldn't mind if I stay at this weight.

But of coures there's the loose skin problems. I don't care so much

about my stomach and arms, but I would really love to know how to

tone up my legs, they droop. If anyone has any suggestions I would

love to hear them.
