Hi my name is Kathy. Last year at this time I weighted 300 lbs.

Today I am happy to say I weigh in at 140 lbs. I'm hopeing to stop

here.

First let me say (again) I am 1 year out, Sept 24. I posted for the

first time a couple of days ago. I've been looking for replys. But

then notice my post wasn't posted. I'm not sure why?

Oh well anyway, in my first post I asked if anyone knew any good

exersices for upper thighs, my are droopy?

I do have a bigger concern. I'm wondering if I'm dehydrated. My

lips are always dry and today I found a dry spot on my forarm smaller

then a dime. Has this happen to anyone. I am try to remember to

drink a lot more.

Thanks,

Kathy

P.S. Hope this one goes through. lol

There may not be any excercise that would take care of it if your skin

has lost it's elasticity. I know my thighs need to be surgically done to

get them toned.

It is so easy to become dehydrated. Lips are a very good indicator as well

as various symptoms.
