Guest guest
Hi my name is Kathy. Last year at this time I weighted 300 lbs. Today I am happy to say I weigh in at 140 lbs. I'm hopeing to stop here. First let me say (again) I am 1 year out, Sept 24. I posted for the first time a couple of days ago. I've been looking for replys. But then notice my post wasn't posted. I'm not sure why? Oh well anyway, in my first post I asked if anyone knew any good exersices for upper thighs, my are droopy? I do have a bigger concern. I'm wondering if I'm dehydrated. My lips are always dry and today I found a dry spot on my forarm smaller then a dime. Has this happen to anyone. I am try to remember to drink a lot more. Thanks, Kathy P.S. Hope this one goes through. lol
Guest guest
There may not be any excercise that would take care of it if your skin has lost it's elasticity. I know my thighs need to be surgically done to get them toned.
