Now I am feeling insecure about the safety of the products... has

anyone ever had or heard of a problem?

I've consistently used GI Pro Health probiotics this past 9-10 months

and have always gotten my orders in a reasonable time. I can't say

I've tried to call them, though.

The products seem fine.

The only time I had to contact him was when I ordered several items and was

missing one in my order.

The owner was upset because apparently, some people had been dishonest and had

said this to get free products. As a small business, this was difficult for him.

This was concerning to me, because (besides being wrong)this kind of thing can

put a small business out of business- and we need our SCD businesses and

products.He did send me my product right away.

I have always been happy with everything I have ordered from him. It is good to

support businesses that support SCD. I think it is a smaller business though, so

it won't be run like a larger chain with a large staff. I think he handles his

own phone calls and I do recall leaving a message and him getting back to me-

which would make sense if he does not have a secretary. Once I had to wait

because the yogurt starter was on back order- so order before you run out. It

would make sense that he would not carry a large inventory of something so

perishable, or have to wait for production if he runs out.

But I have never had a concern with the quality of the products and I will

continue to order them.

Hey,Products worked great for me. When I first ordered, they broke my order into two shipments that arrived separately without telling me so understandably I had become concerned and emailed them. They emailed back that the second would arrive in a couple days, but weren't very apologetic about not telling me. Anyways, I got everything, properly cool and all, and they work great! :) And, frankly, for me, that's what really counts.
