I find coconut flour to be very dense. I made coconut bread with

mostly coconut flour and it turned out so dense and dry that it was, to me,

inedible. So now I incorporate just a little coconut flour into my baked goods –

about 1 or 2 tablespoons per cup of almond flour.

I just ordered some coconut flour. Has anybody

used it? It seems lighter than alomond flour.
