Hi ,

Do you have the rash anywhere else or is it just on your face? If it

is just on your face then I doubt that it is an allergic reaction to

any medications. Also it is unlikely that you would develop a

reaction three days after being off the meds. Nice try on getting

the Percocet back, haha. Are you using any kind of skin products on

your face? It could be that the skin on your face is a little more

sensitive right now. Are you more swollen than before? If you do

have more swelling or any fevers, you could be getting an infection.

I hope not! It sounds more like contact dermatitis which is a

general term describing a localized skin reaction to something it

came in contact with. It could be from anything including the poison

ivy Cammie mentioned ;-) or to soaps, detergents, lotions, makeup,

etc. You could try taking Benadryl if it itches or irritates you as

well as an over the counter hydrocortisone ointment. If it gets

worse or you develop a fever, call your OS right away. I know you

mentioned that he is on vacation this week but he should have

someone covering for him. Or you could call your family doc - they

see a lot of rashes.

I hope you had a good day and got a lot of rest. Night-night!
