Guest guest Posted June 3, 2010 Report Share Posted June 3, 2010 Ok, this may seem weird to some people but today I made a different type of smoothie. one green onion (this was kind of thick and I cut into circles and removed any husk) 2 good handfuls of green grapes 1/2 peeled cucumber, sliced one round of medium cut salt (grinder sea salt) honey, eyeball it because it wasn't supposed to be sweet, just smooth 1/2 pint of coconut yogurt (liquid because it didn't solidify but tasted great--had vanilla in it) 2-3 good handfuls of ice Blend until smooth. If you like those items in your salad like with poppyseed dressing or the contrast of onion with sweet (grapes) or cucumber with salt--tis good. As soon as it was blended smooth-mostly smooth--I put it back in the freezer an hour to be spoonable. When I filled my smoothie cup, I added more green grapes in the middle to freeze up.
