You will be fine. If he has indicated on the website that the product is SCD

legal, it is. I have used them. Just note that he also carries non legal

things, but he states which ones are SCD legal.

Just wanted to reinforce that I use his products and they are great- especially

the yogurt starter! The one time I had problems he was very apologetic and quick

to resend me what I had ordered!
