I received the info from Esther Russ on how she bakes her recipe. You can bake these in muffin tins or small 4X6 pans. It's a sweet snack.

CHEESE SNACK

325* oven

4 cups dry curd cheese1 cup yogurt5 eggs1 tsp. pure vanilla extract1/2 cup almond flour3/4 cup honey2 Tbs. butter

Blend all ingredients in blender. Bake until slightly golden brown. Turn oven off. Keep cheese snacks in closed oven for one hour. Refrigerate.

This is the second recipe I just can't mentally picture so I'll post after I make it.  This and the cauliflower shells.  Thanks!
