I am at the point, now, where I am allowed to swallow pills if they

aren't too big. Do those pills have time to disolve? I'm looking at

the size of the Centrum multi that I swallow whole, and the c's that I

break in half...do we disolve and absorb those? They go down ok if I

take my time between pills, and so far I don't think I've pooped out any

undisolved pills, but I figured I'd better check with the experts! It

would be a shame to take all this time and pouch room for pills that are

doing no good...by the time I take the vitamins and a few shakes a day,

who has room for food?

The issue with pills is getting them to pass through your pouch into

your intestines. Once that has been achieved, you don't have to worry

about it being absorbed.
