recipes for you:<br> & gt;<br> & gt;- chicken broth, use Knorr brand, has good

flavor<br> & gt;- Cream of broccoli and cheese soup (1 can 's cream

of<br> & gt;broccoli soup, 1 can milk, 1/4 cup of Ragu cheese sauce, for

added<br> & gt;calories add 1 tbsp. mayonnaise or sour cream. Heat all

ingredients.<br> & gt;Blend until smooth. Strain if necessary)<br> & gt;- Bean

and bacon protein soup ( 1 cup 's bean and bacon soup,<br> & gt;1 cup

of milk or 1 can Ensure, 1 tbsp. Worcestshire sauce if desired,<br> & gt;1/4

paprika, slowly heat all ingredients (do not boil), cool<br> & gt;slightly,

blend until smooth)<br> & gt;- Tuna casserole ( 1/2 cup of drained tuna in

spring water, no oil, 1<br> & gt;can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can milk, 2

tsp. margarine, 1 tsp.<br> & gt;mayonnaise, blend all ingredients

well<br> & gt;- Cream of tuna or salmon (throw into a blender either tuna or

salmon<br> & gt;with water or milk, add some mayonnaise for more taste, also

lemon<br> & gt;juice if you like and blend)<br> & gt;- Turkey in the straw or

syringe (1/4 cup chopped cooked turkey, 1/2<br> & gt;cup turkey gravy, 1/2 cup

dressing, combine small amount of dressing<br> & gt;and gravy in the blender

until thinned, add pieces of turkey and<br> & gt;continue to

liquefy<br> & gt;<br> & gt;<br> & gt;Hope these help with the salty food

Lol Derrick!! I'll be sure to send you some more recipes as I come

across them. I have gotten myself not one recipe book but three

recipe books all about blendurized food in preparation for my surgery

on June 6th. Let me know which one of the recipes you like best. The

only ones I know for sure I like so far are the chicken broth and the

blendurized tuna and salmon.

Another recipe I remember reading (on this forum I believe) was to buy

the flavored instant mashed potatoes (sour cream and chive, butter,

cheesey, etc) and instead of mixing them with water, use boullion :):)

I haven't had my surgery yet and those already sound yummy to me !
