Well, I made it through the colonoscopy and am awaiting the results,

and plans for moving forward. Just wondering if following the test

anyone else had a sore/irritated bum? I'm thinking soaking in a epsom

bath might help?

I did, in spite of using up about a whole jar of Vaseline on prep

day! If it were me I'd try Epsom salts cautiously, seems like the

salts part might irritate further. Maybe just nice warm water if

that's too strong?
