Amongst other things, this article discusses how doctors at the University of

Minnesota are not only doing fecal transplant therapy for patients with c-diff

but are also mapping the microbes in their gut before and after the procedure.

Relates very much to the work of Borody who is performing fecal

transplants to treat crohn's and colitis in Australia (http://www.cdd.com.au).
