Sleeping upright

I'm still sleeping semi-upright after 18 days. I've tried laying back

more (I have a Tempur Pedic adjustable bed, so I can adjust it with a

remote control)....but when I lay back too far and fall asleep that

way I wake up with more jaw pain and a bit of a headache to boot.

I'm wondering if there's a point at which it's ok to lay back farther?

I did have a lot done, so I'm thinking this is why I'm still having

trouble with this issue yet. My guess is that it's going to be a while

before I'm able to lay flat again....(?)

Judy (surgery was June 20th.... upper and lower brought forward with

Lefort 1, genio, uvula removed, deviated septum fixed, plus impacted

wisdom tooth removed)
