Guest guest
Well, since venison and elk aren't all that readily available in the market, and I'm not even sure most of the beef is grass-fed, where are we supposed to get this great meat?? Carol A P.S. I've recently read something quite similar by Dr. s, Jr. about the ratio of omega 3 to omega 6, and the overabundance of 6 in the modern diet. Maybe he isn't so much a maverick as I originally thought.............
Guest guest
Carol, I am thinking that Whole Foods has grass-fed beef but it is rather expensive. You might check out some local " natural " or " organic " stores.
