Well, since venison and elk aren't all that readily available in the market,

and I'm not even sure most of the beef is grass-fed, where are we supposed to

get this great meat??

P.S. I've recently read something quite similar by Dr.

s, Jr. about the ratio of omega 3 to omega 6, and the overabundance of 6

in

the modern diet. Maybe he isn't so much a maverick as I originally

thought.............

Carol,

I am thinking that Whole Foods has grass-fed beef but it is

rather expensive. You might check out some local " natural " or " organic "

stores.
